Is wired or wireless CCTV better for a Brisbane home?
Wired (PoE) systems are best for permanent home installs. They are more reliable, give better image quality, need no battery changes and last 10+ years. Wireless only makes sense for renters or short-term use.
Can I view my cameras on my phone?
Yes. Every system we install includes free app access so you can watch live, review recordings, get motion alerts and share access with family on iPhone or Android.
How long does a CCTV installation take?
A standard 4-camera install on a single-storey home takes about 4 to 6 hours. Double-storey homes and 8-camera systems usually take a full day. We hide the cabling, set up the app and walk you through it before we leave.
How many cameras do I need?
For a typical single-storey home, 4 cameras cover the front door, back door, driveway and side gate. Double-storey or larger homes usually need 6 to 8. We'll recommend the right layout on a free quote.
