Yes, if the job involves new or relocated power points or concealed wiring behind the screen. In Queensland that is licensed electrical work. A handyman or general TV installer can mount a bracket and run HDMI, but only a licensed electrician can install or move power outlets. Mitch is a licensed electrical contractor (Licence No. 1508151), so the power, HDMI and lighting are all done by one licensed team.
